Around the Mountain Cycle Challenge is back in 2019, taking place on January 26th.  The event is one of New Zealand’s premier road cycle events, drawing over 1100 riders across all categories.

For one day in Taranaki’s summer, riders will converge on New Plymouth to take on one of the country’s most well known and loved bike races.  Whether you’re an individual tackling the 148km event or even the 2-lap event, taking on the half-lap option or one of the several relay options available; there is something for everyone from the recreational riding fan to the serious cyclist.
