Patrick Bevin and James Fouche were crowned elite and U23 men’s time trial champions on day 1 of the Vantage Road National Championships in Napier.  Bevin and Fouche both won convincingly ahead of Hamish Bond & Hayden McCormick, and Ben Hamilton and Kees Duyvesteyn respectively.
