The line up around Hubbard includes: Fraser Hewett, Alex Hooper, Hayden McCormick (Lotto-Belisol Development), Darcy Ellerm-Norton (Subaru-Albion) and Michael Vink (Budget Forklifts). “I really look forward to teaming up with Hayden, Michael and the other three in the pursuit of a common goal” says Thomas Hubbard.

“With the talent we are adding to our roster, in addition to the culture our domestic group has built up over the past 12 months the upcoming summer and season appears bright for the Breads of Europe-All About Plumbing Cycling Team” adds Thomas. Hayden McCormick who rides for the Lotto Belisol Development Team based in Belgium is back for the New Zealand summer. McCormick is the current Under 23 Road Race Champion and is a former National Criterium Champion. “After such a big break Southland provides me the motivation to train heading into summer and keep ticking over until the Nationals in January. This team has been very welcoming over the past weeks and I feel right at home, there is nothing better than racing with your mates in your own country” claims McCormick.

Off the bike the team is anchored by Richard Aitken, Jill Allison, Ashley Cassin and Keith Ballisat, who are all pleased by the addition of Steve Elden to the mix for the Southland campaign. Southland is the team’s immediate focus, but beyond that they will look forward to the Calder Stewart Elite Road National Championships and Tour of Manawatu in the New Year. “We have big goals for the season ahead for our Christchurch based Trade Team,” states Ashley Cassin – BOE-AAP Management Team. Further riders will be added to the team’s roster in the coming weeks to bolster our numbers for summer and into the Benchmark Homes Elite Cycling Series.

Breads of Europe, All About Plumbing, Chesters Plumbing and Bathrooms, Kings Electrical, Cycle Surgery, UVEX, Pure Hydration, Champion System, Skyline Buildings and Ashley Cassin Events ensure the team’s ongoing success.

Michael Vink who rides for the Australian Budget Forklifts Team is a welcome addition to the team and will again pair up with Manager Richard Aitken for a domestic summer of racing. “I am really happy to have the opportunity to ride for Breads of Europe-All About Plumbing,” states Vink.  “I have had great success in the past riding under the management of Richard. I am very excited to build on the heightening success and outstanding reputation of what we call the Green Machine.”

“The Tour of Southland is one of the most challenging tours on the New Zealand calendar and I am very happy to be taking this team down there. For me the added bonus is teaming up with old mates Steve Elden and Michael Vink, between us we have some unfinished business at Southland,” declares Richard Aitken BOE-AAP Manager.
