Changing team at RoadCycling.co.nz

Jan 6th, 12By Sarah Christian. When we announced RoadCycling.co.nz's "off season" just before Christmas, we knew we were planning on handing the reigns to a new owner in 2012.

Unfortunately, the handover didn't happen in time to have the new team down in Christchurch for the Elite Nationals, but things are going well, and we hope to announce RoadCycling.co.nz's new owners soon.

Ben and I (Sarah) have had three great seasons sharing NZ's cycling success.  We have met great people, been inspired by fantastic athletes, many of who we now consider good friends, and we learnt a lot about professional cycling along the way.

We feel we have achieved much more than we originally set out to do and are are proud of what we created. You have all been part of that, making RoadCycling.co.nz what it is today.

It is now time to claim my nights, weekends and July back, and to hand the reigns to a new owner who will continue the vision of RoadCycling.co.nz and share Kiwi cycling success.

Thanks to everyone who supported us these last few years and we know you will wish us well in our new endeavours, whatever they will be!

In the meantime until the new owners are fully up and running, I will publish a few press release articles to keep you in the loop with the big action in Kiwi cycling.
