Mar 7th '09. The UCI President, Mr Pat McQuaid today announced that UCI had reached an agreement with French Anti-Doping Agency (AFLD) on anti-doping controls. Speaking at a press conference in Paris Mr McQuaid told reporters that the two organisations will collaborate on anti-doping controls during the Paris-Nice.
