Sep 2nd, 10. Trek Bicycle and The Luxembourg Pro Cycling Team Project have signed a long-term partnership agreement, it was announced today.

Sep 1st, 10. Slipstream Sports today announced six additions to the 2011 roster, marking the remaining Cervélo TestTeam riders to join the newly formed Team Garmin-Cervélo.

Aug 31st, 10.  Thor Hushovd will ride for Team Garmin-Cervélo and concentrate on winning a major Classic in 2011, the newly formed Garmin-Cervelo team announced today.

Aug 28th, 10. Team Garmin Transitions and Cervélo SA will join forces for the 2011 season to create a new team to be known as Garmin Cervélo.

Aug 27th, 10. British Cycling today announced its teams for the UCI World Road Championships and the Commonwealth Games.

Aug 25th, 10.  Heinrich Haussler's name seemed a surprise omission from Australia's lineup for the World Championships,  but Haussler was the one who pulled out.

Aug 24th, 10. Two one day pro-tour events haven't changed the top of the UCI World Rankings where Alberto Contador continues to reign, but Tyler Farrar did launch into the Top10.

Aug 20th, 10.  Team Geox today announced its second big name signing.  Denis Menchov has signed a two year contract to join Carlos Sastre in the new team.

Aug 17th, 10. 2008 Tour de France champion Carlos Sastre is leaving Cervelo TestTeam, his team of two years.  He is joining Geox, the new team replacing Footon Servetto.

Aug 17th, 10. Fourteen teams are competing for the eight available 2011 new pro-tour licences, the UCI announced today.  A further ten teams already have a valid 2011 licence.

Aug 9th, 10.  After securing his sixteenth win of the season, Andre Greipel confirmed he is leaving HTC Columbia and joining Omega Pharma Lotto next year.

Aug 4th, 10. The rumour mill was correct, Alberto Contador has signed to Bjarne Riis' Saxo Bank-SunGard Professional Cycling Team for the next two years.

Aug 3rd, 10. Luis Leon Sanchez' win at San Sebastian moved him up one place to 4th in the new UCI World Rankings where Astana's Alberto Contador remains in the top position.

Jul 29th, 10. Statements issued by Alberto Contador and by Astana confirm the three time Tour de France champion and the team are parting ways.

Jul 27th, 10. Thanks to his Tour de France victory, Alberto Contador now has a clear lead in the UCI World Rankings, while second placed Tour rider Andy Shleck leapt up 51 places.
